In order to consolidate the quality achieved, it is necessary to maintain structures, rules and deliveries to be respected for each corporate function, as indicated in this Manual and in the related procedures, created in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
The monitoring and measurement of our quality and customer satisfaction are performed through the use of appropriate indicators relating to the general and specific objectives of the various company functions, included in a structural performance control framework that is reviewed and updated periodically.
