Accessibility Statement

From 28 June 2025, new European rules (EU Directive 2019/882 – European Accessibility Act) set stricter digital-accessibility requirements.

SEPAL S.p.A. has launched a phased plan to make this website compliant. Our goals:

  1. Meet WCAG 2.2 – Level AA

    • Minimum colour contrast 4.5:1

    • Full keyboard navigation

    • Alternative text for all non-text content

  2. Ensure understandable content

    • Semantic page structure (H1-H6, ARIA landmarks)

    • Clear labels for links, buttons, and forms

  3. Improve assistive-technology support

    • Screen-reader compatibility (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)

    • Logical reading order and visible focus indicators
