Sepal S.p.A. acquires 100% of the Aluveneta Group and strengthens its aluminum supply chain.

The end of 2025 brought significant news: Sepal acquired 100% of the Aluveneta Group, acquiring Aluveneta Speciali S.p.A. and Alutecnica S.r.l. and indirectly obtaining a majority stake in Alusistemi S.r.l.

This strategic transaction strengthens our industrial growth and vertical integration in the aluminum supply chain.

With this acquisition, we are expanding our scope to include specialized and advanced processing, components, including for photovoltaic applications, and finished systems, consolidating our industrial and commercial presence in the aluminum profile sector.

The integration allows us to expand our product catalog, meet a more diverse demand, and serve customers throughout the entire production cycle, from extruded profiles to complete systems. The transaction also aims to improve operational efficiency and strengthen our market presence, maintaining a solid production center in Northern Italy.
