Sepal has developed a surface-treatment department capable of offering a fully integrated service, meeting customer demands and becoming a benchmark in the sector. The department combines top-level technical performance with refined aesthetics.
The heart of the department is the vertical plant
The core of the division is the vertical powder-coating plant, operational since 2013. The line features two coating booths that ensure continuous production and fast colour changes. Flash-oxidation pretreatment boosts corrosion resistance and guarantees perfect colour levelling. Production capacity reaches ten thousand tonnes per year. The plant processes bars from three to seven metres long, with a maximum width of four hundred millimetres and a height of seventy–eighty millimetres.
Thanks to flash-oxidation pretreatment we guarantee maximum corrosion resistance and flawless colour levelling, processing up to 10 000 t/year on bars 3–7 m long (maximum width 400 mm, height 70–80 mm).
The line allows peelable film to be applied on all four sides, protecting profiles until installation. Class-3 powders are used, suitable for harsh outdoor environments. Processes are Qualicoat and Seaside certified, ensuring quality and durability.
Premium-grade powders
On the aesthetic side, Sepal employs high-end powders, from traditional RAL shades to metallic colours. Sublimated effects are available to reproduce wood grains or special textures. The colour library is extensive and constantly updated, offering rapid sampling and long-term repeatability.
Key benefits for the customer include resistance to impact, scratches and weathering, uniform finish with high chromatic yield, and flexibility in handling both pilot batches and large-volume production without compromising quality.
